Solution Description:
The Fairfax GSTR TOOL is an offline utility which helps in filling the GSTR Generation. It generates an Excel template as per the selected GSTIN and period. This Excel workbook template has approx. 11 Data Worksheets, 1 Master Data sheet and 1 Help instruction sheet i.e. total 13 worksheets for GSTR1. The 11 Data worksheets are named b2b, b2cl, b2cs, cdnr, cdnur, exp, at, atadj, exemp, hsn and doc in which day-to-day related business transactions are being reported for GSTR1.
The Excel template generated for GSTR 2 contains all purchase details within the selected period. The details in the excel workbook includes HSN code, item description, total quantity, taxable value and total tax information along with segregated information of IGST, CGST & SGST. At desired interval, the data being fetched in the Excel worksheet by the Fairfax GSTR TOOL can be uploaded on the GST Portal by converting the same into a Json file which can be interpreted in the GST Portal.
